Mudra Vigyan ( The science of finger postures )

The whole creation is composed of five elements; earth, water, fire, air and ether. The same way also a human body is composed of five elements. Imbalance of the five elements in our body makes it sick. It’s also accepted by Chinese medicine systems, acupressure and acupuncture systems. Because of the ignorance of this fact modern lifestyle and luxurious life living people get easily affected by many different aliments. Not only physical but they also get affected by mental aliments too. Day by day the list of new diseases is becoming bigger. The Rishis after their long research developed all these technics for the benefit of the humanity. The sages have developed many miraculous technics to heal not only the body but also the mind and integrated them together with spirituality.
